Feats compendium is missing prerequisite data #47

The current export of the Feats compendium pack from CASPER has empty objects {} for all prerequisite data. In order to evaluate feat prerequisites in the new feat browser, the API should send the raw string from the table and the system can evaluate this info data to compare against the actor.

Added in 0.14 testing build for prerequisite checking.
