Dark Energy permissions issue #52

Player users attempting to cast spells via a Witch PC's Dark Energy experience a permissions error unless they also have Owner permissions over the witch's character sheet.

To get around this, Dark Energy may need to be reworked as an item that can be accessed by all party members.

Was suggested in Discord that requests could be routed via sockets so that a GM performs the update.
