When a player character increases their class level, the stored level data used to check feat prerequisites isn't updated in the Actor data model until the next time a change is made to the actor sheet. This may cause newly-unlocked feats to appear locked even though the level requirement has been satisfied.
Workaround: After leveling up, close and re-open the character sheet before purchasing feats.
