Ancient coins show up in the Equipment compendium #76

These are more suited to the consumables (Supplies, Food & Ammunition) compendium.

This is a problem of the items being marked as consumable=0 in the CASPER database, not a Foundry change.

Completed in v0.15, moved modern coins and bank notes as well
