It only reproduces on fresh install. After getting this error it works somehow. Reproduces only in "add galleries..." and "populate from directory". "Add single gallery" works fine.

Also, after this error, processes of happy panda are in nonkillable mode and not even shown in task manager.
I found them in process explorer, but coudn't kill.
