Fixed minor bugs and added docs

• Fixed bug with TS interpreting D2D_SETLINEWIDTH as a short instead of a double
• Fixed scripts using = instead of -eq causing mingw32-make to be used on linux
• Added docs to note the clang packages that work on nix for this project
