When you start to create a beautiful design for a client, you are faced with the impossibility of changing the color for the Title of the dialog and its borders. For example, if your overall design consists of dark colors, then the standard light gray frames simply do not fit into the overall concept of your design idea. Or if you suddenly wanted the window frames (borders) to take on a bright orange color during some kind of warning, for contrast against the general dark background. Typically, such dialog boxes are used to create all kinds of useful menus and control functionality, so they appear quite often and this is what needs to be added.
