PowerPoint support #17

Hi. I was wondering if it's be possible to adapt this add-on to work with Microsoft PowerPoint. It works great on Word, but it'd be great if it would work on ppt as well, since often teachers use PPT presentations in class.

I've been taking screenshots of word and adding them to PowerPoint, but it's pretty messy. Native support would help a ton.

Thanks in advance! Great work!

Hi,

Can you copy/paste the words from Word into Powerpoint? Sorry i don't have a copy of either to test at the moment. I'm not sure if it can ported to powerpoint as it relies on some Word specific hacks to do the ruby text.

Best Regards, Thomas

Hey! Thanks for the quick response.

No, copy-paste doesn't work, unfortunately. It just copies the characters and adds a tone mark after it between ellipses like this: 今(ˉ)天(ˉ)天(ˉ)气(ˋ).

I see. I thought since some addons work on both apps it was worth giving it a try. If you ever find the time to try and port it, that would really be awesome and help a lot. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

In any case, thanks so much again!
