feat(book): Remove skeptic as it is no longer works #2339

Skeptic is unmaintained and have not worked since the upgrade to Rust 1.77. PR #2326 does resolve this by making a fork of Skeptic, but is quite hacky.

So we should look after a better solution going forward.
