What's the use case for the template? This application let users send out SMS campaign based on data coming from a CSV files. This is useful for teams that want to kickstart their use of Twilio without having to code an integration with existing tools. I'm currently writing a Twilio blog post about it, and would love to have this piece of code available as QuickDeploy for non tech users.

What's the programming language? JavaScript

For any Twilio Function templates please submit them via a pull request to github.com/twilio-labs/function-templates [e.g. Node.js]
