I am using devphone to receive air.ai's agent's test calls. However, after accepting the incoming call I do not hear the agent's voice but then when I go back to air.ai and check the recordings, I can hear the agent's voice. Infact, I can also hear myself speaking in the recordings but I can not hear the agent during live calls. What is the issue here?
