I followed the provided setup instructions for integrating Twilio's real-time media stream with OpenAI's Realtime API for bidirectional voice translation. The application successfully receives and connects calls made from external (non-Twilio) phone numbers. However, I encountered an issue during the actual communication phase.

• The caller hears a continuous distorted noise (e.g., a "buhhhh" sound).
• The agent connected through the real-time system does not receive or hear the caller's voice or questions.
• No meaningful translation or communication occurs between the caller and the agent.

They should appear under "Active numbers" rather than in different accounts. A trial account may face this issue as it allows only one number per account.
