Importing Database Doesn't Work #174

I had to reinstall OpenVBX.When I tried to connect to a MySQL database it doesn't import numbers attached to flows. It shows the flows with no numbers attached. It shows all of the Twillio phone numbers with the flow attached.

When I click on a flow and try to move forward with the flow nothing happens. The first plugin, match, is there but when you click on Match nothing happens.

I have the database saved but what do I have to do to make this work. Please help. I have a bunch of customers on this install and desperately need it fixed. Thanks

OK. Switched to a different Match plugin and now the flows work. The only issue I now face is the attachment of phone numbers to flows. When I look at the flows there is no numbers attached. When I look at Phone Numbers they are attached to a flow.

Need help in getting this to work. I don't see anyway to attach the phone numbers to a flow or to get this to work. Thanks

More information. If I try to change the number attached to the flow in Flows it won't change it. Can't even switch to Connect a Flow.

Did the domain change with the re-install? If so, then OpenVBX may not be able to properly make the association between numbers and flows.

Setting the Number drop down to "Connect a Flow" won't make a change. To change the flow association you need to associate the number to an actual flow, or use "Create a new Flow" to assign it to a new flow. What you might need to do here is create a dummy flow so that you can assign a number to the dummy flow and then reassign that number back to the correct flow.

Hi. thanks for the reply. The domain did change with the new install. I imported the MySQL database from the original install and then used that for the new install.

VEry cool. I created the dummy flow and then just changed the phone number to it and then back it seems to work. Thanks for the quick help. You're a life saver.

No problem, I'm glad it was that simple. Documenting best practices on moving an install is on my to do list.

Thanks so much. You saved my business life.
