International phone number search is broken #286

Everything but US & CA phone number searches should use 'Contains' instead of 'AreaCode'.

Need to update vbx_incoming_numbers.php on line 248 to properly sniff the country and send the correct parameter.

Stupid fix in develop branch. International purchasing is still filled with land mines, but the fix enables the adventurous and persistent to get some numbers.
