I already added/updated the wiki as well.

Plugin added.

Consider revisiting this after you've been using it for a while and maybe submit these changes to the default dial applet. It seems like it would be a nice update to the core applet.

I saw a few minor typos and some style inconsistencies, but nothing major really stood out.
