The conference call applet now has the ability to optionally record a call when setting up the flow.

The default value is set to disable or "do-not-record".

This looks pretty good. I'll see how soon I can get it in to the develop branch for testing.

This tested fine and I've merged to develop. It'll go out in the next release. I had to add to the code so that the UI toggle functioned correctly https://github.com/twilio/OpenVBX/commit/62ecee94ab42f21d9e5066a07f2ea53e12a2c84f
