Deleting a number that is already deleted on Twilio's portal #364

We had some old numbers that we found in the Twilio portal, and delted them there. Later, we logged into OpenVBX and realized they had been connected ... and now we can not delete them. The OpenVBX portal returns an error attempting to make the call to delete the resource that is already gone. :-(

Our error ... but it ought to handle this more gracefully. Is there a short term way to delete these numbers from OpenVBX? A "force" option?

BTW ... great job keeping things up to date! We had thought the project had died, and were on v1.2.9 ... upgrading this week to the latest!

Ok! I did find the "flush caches" operation, under the Settings, About ... and that cleared thnigs up - in v1.2.9 ... :-)
