Installation Issue Step 3 #398

Not able to connect to Twilio on step 3. I have added the SSID & Token + Twilio Connect SSID.

Every time I click next, I get the red bar error. Authentication Failed. Invalid Twilio SID or Token. (20003)

I have tried using different browsers and still no fix. Tried Firefox (Current), Internet Explorer 11, and Microsoft Edge.

Cannot proceed with Installation and Testing. Any help would be appreciated.

You do not setup an API Access. I found this out the hard way.

In twilio you setup an Account SSID & Token under your account.
