CURLOPT_INFILESIZE => -1 Incompatible on my server #421

CURLOPT_INFILESIZE => -1 was causing the tinyhttp implementation to fail. dunno why. I commented it out to apparently no ill effect.

twilio.js 1.2 will be depreciated today feb 14, 2018
