Pages not documented well #49

http://openvbx.org/docs/api/2010-06-01/plugin/utilities/pages/ doesn't actually tell me how to add a page to OpenVBX.

http://openvbx.org/docs/quickstart/pages/ begins to describe how you add a page, but there's no detailed documentation anywhere on the Links part of the JSON file. It's confusing what exactly each name/value pair does.
