Lot's of updates to fix #6, #7, #9 and #10

I did a bunch of updates I stared with merging pull requests #7 and #9. This also fixes #10 and #6

Here is a list of my updates

• Update to latest version of resty
• Removed copy of resty from repository
• Removed composer.lock because it should not be included

• Removed source and pear support
  • Because composer is the de facto standard
• Used php-cs-fixer wich fixes PSR-0, PSR-1, PSR-2
• Fixed docblocks
• Fixed some tests
  • Some of the tests return different responses but we should not test the API we should mock the results.
