Feature request: Custom webhook on alerts and warnings #104

Issue Summary

I would love to be able to create a webhook for errors and alerts that occur in my Twilio account. Is this possible through the API?

I would be able to do this through this view on the Twilio dashboard: twilio-alert-trigger

This is currently not possible through the API. Recommend filing a support ticket to request this feature.
