Available options for env var setup:

  1. TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID/TWILIO_API_KEY/TWILIO_API_SECRET (where account sid is only used for v2010 apis)
  2. TWILIO_ACCOUNT_SID/TWILIO_AUTH_TOKEN
