Twilio CLI documentation refers to inconsistent node.js versions #551

Issue Summary

twilio-cli very clearly requires Node.js 18+ to work correctly. Unfortunately, there is still a place in the documentation that incorrectly lists the minimum requirement as Node.js 14+.

Note

The main page of the Quickstart guide correctly recommends Node.js 18. It looks like the install guide was missed in a documentation update

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the install guide (here)
  2. Follow the installation process using Node.js 14
  3. Be disappointed when installation fails (see #523 )
