Dev-phone not working #557

Issue Summary

Using twilio-devphone after installing the twilio-cli previously the message was getting sent receiving sms is also working but now suddenly every message i sent from a campaign in the dev-phone is not getting received but the status is delivered. Every message i sent to the valid number from Dev-phone it is getting undelivered

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Dev-phone activate and try sending the sms in the devphone
  2. Similarly try to send the sms from the dev-phone to a valid number

Kindly Help on this case
