This is a PR with cumulative swarm results.

Included changes:

Vercel deployment button
GH Codespaces deployment config
Test runner fixes
Added user avatars
Added tooltips showing user identity on avatar hover
Added user friendlyNames
Added User Profile and friendly name editor
Add participants bar
Show "Add Participants" button if there's only 1 participant in the conversation
Add automatic code prettying via git hooks
Clean up code
