Bring back recording status and other features #191

Added some features back to the app that were temporarily removed when modernizing the UI.

  1. Display recording badge when the Twilio API is recording the video room.
  2. Add button to switch between front and back camera.
  3. Display network quality signal bars for each participant.
  4. Populate the room name text field when a user opens the app with a deep link.
