Add new media setup screen #193

  1. Add Media setup screen before the user connects to the room.
  2. Add black bars to local participant camera video so it isn't cropped. Users need to know exactly what the camera is capturing. This applies to the media setup screen and the video layouts that display the local participant.
  3. There were some minor UI adjustments to things like copy to be more consistent with the web app.

Will handle landscape orientation for this screen separately. Have higher priorities right now.
