Virtual background can be set before video conference start. #615

What is the feature that you would like to see in the app? Please describe. We want to set the virtual background before we enter the room.

It would be nice to be able to set at the "PreJoinScreens".

Additional context We have to enter the room and turn on the camera button to confirm to set the virtual background.
