Update the Voice SDK dependency to 1.0.0-rc6.

It looks like there are two entries for the Voice SDK now in the yarn.lock file. Something to be concerned about? cc @kpchoy @charliesantos

Weird... I ran yarn by itself and now the yarn.lock got rid of the beta.1 entry of the Voice SDK. See the latest commit.
