Sorry for the late response on this issue. Looking into these logs, it would appear that the disconnect for this participant was user initiated. However I cannot say that with 100% certainty yet. I do have a few questions for you:
At present I don't have an example application configured with PiP mode to test this out myself, but that might be something we should do in the future.

@paynerc Hi, Are both participants in a PiP type scenario? Or is it just one? - No sure of the other participant. Is the participant that got disconnected in PiP mode? User says so. I see he was able to switch pip and back even before call ended. Do you have a code example for how your PiP with Video is configured? https://github.com/niteshvijay1995/NVPictureInPicture Does your customer state that this is happened every time they enter PiP mode or was this a one time thing? First complaint regarding pip and disconnect in almost 2 years.
I am still digging in to our own logs of the many calls made by user to see what went wrong. Waiting to get more clues from user on this.
Description
User complained that he got disconnected from the room. We have a picture in picture mode. User says the gets disconnected when entering PnP mode. But i did not found anything suspicious in PnP. Also I don't see any errors passed while disconnect. This hints that user did self disconnect. But wanted to just verify. Any leads appreciated, thanks.
