Description

[Description of the issue] Hi, is it possible to use twilio to create an 1-to-1 video call app? For example, user A can call user B directly. User B can accept or reject the incoming call. After the call is connected, both users can talk with each other. Could I use twilio to achieve what I just described? Thanks
