Email Signup goes to Excel | Changed index.html and added index.js file in twindle-web directory

Improvement is needed and welcome. Timestamp is not working somehow. Also, this whole procedure needs to be shifted to Twindle Gmail Forms and Excel Sheet. Currently, using my account for script and other things.

Great work @vasudeveloper001 Was busy for the past 2 days. & great suggestion that we need to use Twindle Email for these excelsheets
