Revamp Svelte templates #940

All styles are localised now.

Tested with loads of cases.

  1. Replies are breaking badly. need to be fixed image
  2. We should apply indicators on videos and gifs that they are GIFs and Videos, not just images

Will make issues and PRs for these 2 above.

I believe we should close #936 for now, merge this PR, then I'll open a PR for merging and resolve the merge conflicts then, as tolga might be busy right now.
