Fixes #20 (plugin not working with Redmine 3.x/Rails 4.x) - solution as proposed by @luizduma :+1: :shipit:

I can confirm that this patch solves the problem for 3.x.

I can confirm as well that this works in 3.x (3.0.4 to be specific)
