After simply running the github routine and installing this plugin in my plugin directory I was no longer able to access redmine (500 error).. deleting the plugin directory resolved the issue. Any thoughts?

It is strange...

  1. could you provide the information about your Environment (Redmine version, Ruby vesrsion, maybe the list of plugins - you can see the full info here YOUR_REDMINE/admin/info)
  2. Please give us a peace of log with the error.

My environment

Environment:

Redmine version 2.3.1.stable

Ruby version 1.9.3 (x86_64-linux)

Rails version 3.2.13

Environment production

Database adapter Mysql2

Redmine plugins:

redmine_dmsf 1.4.5p1 stable

redmine_knowledgebase 2.2.0

There was no error log as I simply got a 500 error from my Bitnami/AWS Uhbuntu stack.

I will run the install again and see if it is still a problem.

Thanks very much for the rapid response!

Hello,

I like to know please, what happened to your case? did you manage to use the plugin? how did you fix your problem? do you recommend not to use the plugin?

mcrayne commented 9 years ago

I probably did not configure it correctly. I am not using Redmine any longer so I can't really make a recommendation one way or another.
