Error 'Could not find faraday-0.12.2 in any of the sources' with ruby 2.3.4p301 and redmine 3.4.2 #39

As with Issue #38 I and unable to bundle within the omniauth plugin folder, if i bundle in the redmine root directory it works, however redmine throws Error ID: 9db857d5 exception: Could not find faraday-0.12.2 in any of the sources (Bundler::GemNotFound)
