add rudimentary emote autocomplete #419

what it says in the title, shows a list of possible emotes when you type : followed by a few symbols, similar to how it works on the site. tested it and it seems to work alright

feel free to tell me if anything needs correcting, i don't really know much about Android development

Sorry for the delay! I want to do some refactoring for this code, but it's out of scope for this PR. So I'm just going to merge this in.
