If using virtualenv, this means sourcing the virtualenv and ~/bin.

Otherwise ~/bin and ~/.local/bin at least (and perhaps ~pypy/bin if appropriate).

w/ #181 , this would mean just sourcing ~bin:~/virtualenv/bin, as .local/bin and ~pypy/bin are superceded.
