one tiny code change due to a py27 working-directory issue

@Julian at some point ~ in my copious spare time ~ I'd like to build a tool which gives us a replicable configuration that does what twisted/twisted does, and more: tox config for supported python versions with all the trimmings (coverage, {posargs}, test deps vs. dev deps), tests on appveyor, doc generation, auto-releases to PyPI… but that's for a future PR :)
