twisted/plugins/qt5.py? unused? #22

When I install qt5reactor I don't seem to get a copy of twisted/plugins/qt5.py anywhere. Is it completely unused? Should it be removed?

Or, maybe we want to fix the setup.py such that it is included and installed into the twisted package? If not, I'm guessing the first option listed in the readme should be removed.
