Solved. Instructions:
### OpenCV, install on Windows
- Download [OpenCV C++](https://github.com/opencv/opencv/releases/tag/4.8.1).
- Unpack it to `C:\Program Files\opencv`
- Set The following environment variables:
- `OPENCV_INCLUDE_PATHS`: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\include`
- `OPENCV_LINK_PATHS`: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\x64\vc16\lib`
- `OPENCV_LINK_LIBS`: `opencv_world481` (Or whatever `.lib` file you find in `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\x64\vc16\lib`)
- Add the following to the `PATH` env variable: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\x64\vc16\bin`
Hi! I'm attempting to get this to work. Of note, OpenCV works well for me in Python, installed via
pip install opencv
. I'm hoping to get something similar with Rust, but I can't get it to work at all. Running Windows. I'm getting a very long error when I attempt tocargo build
