Unable to compile: `failed to run custom build command` #508

Hi! I'm attempting to get this to work. Of note, OpenCV works well for me in Python, installed via pip install opencv. I'm hoping to get something similar with Rust, but I can't get it to work at all. Running Windows. I'm getting a very long error when I attempt to cargo build or cargo run.

Rustc version: rustc 1.73.0 (cc66ad468 2023-10-03) Installed OpenCV: pip, and downloaded/unpacked the official C++ version.

Steps, from the readme I'm creating:

 - Download [OpenCV C++](https://github.com/opencv/opencv/releases/tag/4.8.1).
 - Unpack it to `C:\Program Files\opencv`
 - Set The following environment variables:
  - `OPENCV_INCLUDE_PATHS`: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\include`
  - `OPENCV_LINK_PATHS`: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\x64\vc16\lib`
  - `OPENCV_LINK_LIBS`: `opencv_world411`

Error:

Solved. Instructions:

### OpenCV, install on Windows
 - Download [OpenCV C++](https://github.com/opencv/opencv/releases/tag/4.8.1).
 - Unpack it to `C:\Program Files\opencv`
 - Set The following environment variables:
  - `OPENCV_INCLUDE_PATHS`: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\include`
  - `OPENCV_LINK_PATHS`: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\x64\vc16\lib`
  - `OPENCV_LINK_LIBS`: `opencv_world481` (Or whatever `.lib` file you find in `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\x64\vc16\lib`)
 - Add the following to the `PATH` env variable: `C:\Program Files\opencv\build\x64\vc16\bin`
