Brief description

If you call:

window.Twitch.ext.actions.requestIdShare

On PC:

It'll present a "do you want to share" dialog if not linked.
It'll present a "do you want to revoke" dialog if you are linked.

On iOS:

It'll present a "do you want to share" dialog if not linked.
It'll present a "do you want to share" dialog if you are linked.

On Android:

Works same as PC

Expected behaviour

If linked asked to unlink instead of ask to link (again)
