Brief description Please document the potential code that could be contained in drop_reason on the response objects for Send Chat Message

Theres no plans for this currently as they change at random intervals.

Is there a use case for this? I figure most people are ingesting them as-is given its a string.

It might be nice to be able to have localization on a bot level, such as receiving the "Followers Only" message and localizing that into German for submitting a message to the user on a control panel as to why the bot did not work, if the bot's Twitch account operates in English. It would be preferable to do this by code and to know them beforehand than to have to do it as they are discovered
