feature encoding, recoding, normalization, feature engineering
train and evaluate clustering models

added some data evaluation
recoded categories
move monetary norm
normalized all variables to same scale
created normalized df with all recorded and normalized variables
needs to be integrated with feature engineering work
attempted to merge diverging code (will take some moving around and reworking)
