I'm thinking main goal could be looking at economic difference or likelihood of owning based on age groups, education etc?? Can we run some tests? Will it work?

Combine Household & Ind on SAMPLE
Train Decision Tree or Random Forest on ownership
potentially decrease variables to age education year etc. to determine if they can afford house
look at if they own house if value can be predicted??
