New release of diffy? #64

Hey!

Can we get a more recent release of diffy? Seems it's not been released in 2yrs. Is there a threshold (features, etc) that we need before a release?

Most users have just been building from the tip of master but happy to push a release.

Yah.. if we had binaries we could pull down i think it'd be easier to keep the docker images slim vs adding jdk/sbt, etc to build it in container. Plus gives the impression the project is alive and well with releases :)
