Adds timings on training and evaluation
Adds prints for these data at the end of each experiment
Adds support to save these data along with other curves
Adds experiment to perform timings on data conversion

I think we should close this. I think it's not helpful for the public version of the repo. And we can always use the code from here if we ever need it again.
