Below is the error i get when i try to install breakout detection for R on macbook

installing source package ‘BreakoutDetection’ ... \ libs sh: make: command not found ERROR: compilation failed for package ‘BreakoutDetection’

Error in curl::curl_fetch_memory(url, handle = handle) : Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)
