Fixed BasicAuth signRequest #169

When creating a Enterprise stream it would fail to authenticate using BasicAuth due to the signRequest being empty

I tried this and I get

org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connection to http://gnip-stream.twitter.com refused

whenever it tries to connect. What's up?
